The Sangamon Watercolor Society, founded in 1986, promotes the art and appreciation of watercolor painting, presents opportunities for continuing education and the exhibition of artwork, and offers the enjoyment of associating with fellow watercolor enthusiasts.

Sangamon Watercolor Society members have skills that range from novice to professional. The society sponsors workshops, programs, demonstrations, critiques, exhibits, and enjoyable social activities.

The Sangamon Watercolor Society holds membership meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month. For more details, see News and Events.
